Cancellation Policy

48 hours before the event : Change of plans? No problem, full refund.

Between 48 and 24 hours : Small unforeseen event? A $50 fee applies.

Less than 24 hours : Our games are ready to go… no refunds possible.

Rain forecast : Is it raining? No fees, 100% refund.
After Pickup: Once the game is in your hands, no refunds or discounts will be given.
Security

Strong wind: If the wind blows at more than 38 km/h, it is prohibited to use or
inflate the structures. Our castles like to stay on the ground!
Cleanliness

Equipment Returns: Please return your inflatables clean, dry, and neatly rolled up. Otherwise, a cleaning fee equal to 50% of the rental cost will be applied. Our facilities value good hygiene as much as you do.
Installation & Dismantling of the inflatable game

Installation : Choose a clean, relatively flat location (maximum slope of 5%) and clear of any potential obstacles (walls, branches, mischievous garden gnomes). Make sure the space is large enough to accommodate the structure and the children's somersaults.

Fixing : The structures must be firmly anchored to the ground using the stakes provided or ropes attached to fixed points (trees, posts, stationary unicorns).

Electrical connection : Use a standard 110-volt outlet. Make sure the electrical cords are fully unwound and the connections are secure. And remember, never plug in the blower before securing it to the structure, or it may float away faster than a helium balloon.
Rain or Storm

In case of bad weather : If the sky is falling on your head, quickly deflate the structure, put the blower away, and cover the game with a tarp. Once the downpour has passed, dry the structure with towels before reinflating it. Our games love to be pampered, especially after an unexpected shower.
Customer Responsibilities

Supervision : A responsible adult must supervise children at all times. Think of it as a superhero mission: "Captain Surveillance" is on the lookout!

Prohibited Items : No shoes, food, drinks, animals or sharp objects in the structures.

Appropriate behavior : No wall climbing, no uncontrolled somersaults, or pillow fights. Courtesy reigns supreme in the inflatable kingdom.

Insurance : It is recommended that the customer checks with their insurer that their civil liability covers the use of the equipment as well as any incidents that may occur.

Liability : Once you have the structure in your possession, you are fully responsible for the equipment from the time you take possession until its return. Any damage or incident occurring during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Woody Structures cannot be held responsible for personal injury, property damage or injuries resulting from the use of the equipment, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
In the event of improper use or failure to follow the instructions, the customer is fully liable.
Force majeure
In the event of extreme weather or any unforeseen event (force majeure), Structures Woody reserves the right to suspend or cancel the rental without incurring liability.
Modification of terms and conditions
Woody Structures reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our equipment, the customer confirms having read, understood and accepted all of these conditions.
